To the Kolkman Family. I was so very sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs Kolkman. I was fortunate to have a small chat with her after church in Kinkora one Sunday this past summer. We spoke of my family and your family (which she was was very proud of) . Such a lovely lady. My sincere condolences to you all.

My prayerful condolences Mr. Bert Kolkman and family as Mrs. Mies Kolkman is Born into Eternal Life. I am grateful for all the generous hospitality Mrs. Mies Kolkman provided me over those years. Mies prayerful faith witness, joy, love, generosity, hospitality, prayers, and interest I remember with profound gratitude. I will be celebrating a Mass for the Repose of Mies' soul tomorrow morning here in Saskatoon and remembering all of you that you may be consoled at this time. May Mary Our Mother of Consolation comfort you and be assured in faith that of all the hospitality, witness and motherly care that Mies provided is a glimpse and reflection of the Divine Hospitality that awaits her homecoming in the Father's House. May Mrs. Mies Kolkman rest in peace and rise in Glory! Fr. Gerard M. Dewan (Saskatoon)
